Klass coarse filter
The Klass coarse filter separates coarse dirt from the water for preliminary cleaning. The filter is always held directly below the water level by an automatic height adjustment device, as this is where the water is cleanest. No matter if used individually or in combination, Klass filter systems make individual processes more sustainable and reliable.
Klass cyclone filter
The Klass cyclone filter is the optimal solution for fine filtration. It separates sinking, floating and suspended solids larger than 25 μm in only one process step, without backwashing, filter change, parallel systems, process interruptions or complex controls. This makes it an unbeatable alternative to a hydrocyclone, decanter or centrifuge. It can also be used as a pre-filter for ultrafiltration or for membrane filters. In addition, particles such as sand can be classified.

Klass spiral filter
The Klass spiral filter is suitable for (sludge) dewatering, thickening, filtration, fine separation and solid/liquid separation of suspensions in a continuous process. It can be used as a supplement after a press screw and in certain cases even replace it. It is also a good alternative for a belt filter, it can dewater flotation sludge and in some cases can be used instead of a flotation plant.
